3. Is there Wi-Fi or entertainment available while I wait for my laundry?

We provide free Wi-Fi. Our location has TVs, reading materials, children’s arcade, free coffee and, hot and cold drinking water to keep you entertained and refreshed while your laundry is in progress.

4. Is there an attendant on-site?

We are partially attended! Our friendly, bilingual attendants are here to assist you with any questions, machine operation, or issues you may encounter during your visit. We are working to incorporate a virtual attendant so that we can assist you 24/7.

5. Do you provide detergent and other laundry supplies?

Yes, we have vending machines stocked with detergent, fabric softener, and dryer sheets. You can also purchase these items at our front office, on-site.

6. What types of payment methods do you accept?

Our laundry and vending machines accept coins. For retail, pick up and delivery, and wash and fold services, we accept, cash, card, and other digital app payments. We have an ATM and bill changers on site for your convenience.

7. How long does it take for a wash or dry cycle?

Cycle times vary, but typically, a wash cycle takes about 30 minutes, and drying cycles range from 30 to 45 minutes.

8. Do you offer drop-off or pickup services for laundry?
